Volume Pricing
Efficiency is the key to successful distribution. Because of our large, diverse product mix, American Distribution is capable of delivering larger orders to our customers than our competitors and still maintain good inventory turns for the dealer. The larger the order, the more efficient it is to deliver.
Since large orders are more efficient, American Distribution offers volume discounts based on the dollar amount of an order. The larger the order placed of combined products, from our 20,000 SKU inventory, the lower the price paid for each item on the order.
Scheduled Delivery
Because of our diverse product mix, we offer our customers the ability to earn volume discounts and receive scheduled weekly delivery as well. This enables the dealer to maximize inventory turns and still obtain a competitive price.

Fill Rate
When surveying our customers’ needs, our dealers insist on a high fill rate. American Distribution consistently maintains a 98% fill rate or better.
Unloading Efficiencies
Many of our trucks carry portable forklifts which enable our drivers to unload without any dealer assistance. Many trailers have ramps, hydraulic lifts and carriage racks for efficient delivery of product.
UPS Service
American Distribution offers 24 hour UPS service. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Financing
American Distribution offers Farm Plan financing. This plan offers many financing benefits not available through conventional credit channels. Please call our accounting department for more information. This program is available to farm stores, lawn & garden and pet retailers.
Technology
American Distribution is EDI and VMI operational. Contact your sales representative if you are interested in using these labor-saving technologies.
Merchandising Assistance
Many dealers need merchandising assistance as they take steps to compete with large format competition. American Distribution has a staff of merchandising specialists available to help dealers update and refresh the merchandising in their stores.
Telemarketing/Customer Service
Many of our dealers desire the service of an outside representative and a specific customer service representative to handle all orders placed. A specific customer service person will be assigned if desired by a dealer.
